Dupuis spring auction to feature large diamonds

Two nine-carat-plus diamonds lead the Dupuis Fine Jewellery Auctioneers Spring Sale.

Held at The Windsor Arms Hotel on June 22, the auction also offers an array of Tiffany, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Rolex, and Patek Philippe pieces.   

A 9.38-carat pear-shape diamond of very fine colour and clarity and a 9.35-carat round diamond are expected to generate a lot of interest.

Other highlights include:

Lot 311: a round diamond of 9.35 carats, VVS-2 clarity, I colour

 • a Cartier ring with a 4.70-carat emerald-cut diamond of exceptional clarity and colour;

• a 5.95-carat emerald-cut diamond with E colour and VS-1 clarity; and

• over 40 diamonds weighing more than two carats, with pre-auction estimates in the low thousands up to $250,000.
