A business strategist with 30 years’ experience in the jewellery industry, Halliday is the former president of Michael Hill North America and was instrumental in building and developing the brand in Canada. Recently, he has been working with the Canadian Jewellers Association (CJA) on a business strategy webinar series. We spoke with Halliday about the current climate of the jewellery industry in Canada and what retailers can do to help their business thrive amidst the pandemic.
