Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) presents two annual events that are set to dazzle the jewellery world with glittering finished pieces and exceptional raw materials—the Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show and the Hong Kong International Jewellery Show. With more than 4600 exhibitors from around the world set to attend, the twin shows form the world’s largest jewellery marketplace, creating an international hub for jewellery trade business.
On March 2, 2020, the seventh edition of the Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show opens at AsiaWorld-Expo, followed two days later by the 37th edition of the Jewellery Show at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Visitors to the Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show can see diamonds of various sizes, grades, and colours in the Hall of Fine Diamonds. Treasures of Ocean is home to fine pearls from some of the world’s most distinguished pearl hubs, while Treasures of Nature showcases precious and semi-precious stones and other raw materials. Finally, the show’s Rough Stones & Minerals zone offers minerals, as well as uncut and unpolished gems.
Meanwhile, the Jewellery Show, held March 4 to 8, is a prominent sourcing platform for all kinds of finished jewellery and related products. Visitors can scope out the latest market intelligence and network with fellow industry members. The five-day fair will also feature the winning entries of the Hong Kong Jewellery Design Competition, highlighting the creativity and expertise of talented local designers.
