Pandora is changing its leadership structure in North America and finance, appointing André Branch as president of North America and naming Paulo Garcia as the next chief financial officer (CFO).

André Branch appointed North America president

Pandora has appointed André Branch as president of its North America cluster, effective August 15. Based in New York, Branch will oversee the company’s operations in one of its key growth markets.

Branch brings more than 25 years of experience across consumer, beauty, and lifestyle. He joins Pandora from R.E.M. Beauty, where he served as CEO. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions in North America and Europe at Estée Lauder, L’Oréal, Diageo, and Kraft Heinz.

Pandora said Branch will focus on strengthening customer relevance, broadening the brand’s appeal, and pursuing growth opportunities across the region. The company also identified North America as a key part of its broader growth strategy.

“André is a highly accomplished commercial leader with a strong track record of driving growth across global consumer businesses,” says Massimo Basei, Pandora’s chief commercial officer. “His ability to combine strategic clarity with disciplined execution makes him exactly the right person to lead our North America business.”

Branch succeeds Luciano Rodembusch, who left Pandora in February 2026.

“I am excited to take on this role and build on Pandora’s strong position in North America,” Branch says. “The region holds significant opportunities, and I look forward to working with the team to further strengthen execution, deepen customer relevance, and drive sustainable growth.”

Paulo Garcia named incoming CFO

Pandora also announced that CFO Anders Boyer will retire on November 30, 2026. Paulo Garcia will join the company on October 1 and become CFO on December 1, allowing for a two-month transition.

Garcia, a Portuguese national, has 25 years of international executive experience in consumer goods. He joins Pandora from Walmart Mexico & Central America, where he was CFO. Previously, Garcia was CFO Europe and Indonesia at Ahold Delhaize and held senior finance roles at Unilever.

Pandora Chair Peter Ruzicka said the transition followed succession planning conducted with CEO Berta de Pablos-Barbier, adding, “I am happy that we can carry out a thorough handover from Anders to Paulo and maintain our strategic momentum. I want to thank Anders for his incredible contributions to Pandora during the past 14 years, and I wish him all the best in his next chapter as he retires from executive life.”

Boyer joined Pandora’s board in 2012 and became CFO in 2018. Pandora said revenue has grown 389 per cent since 2012, while total shareholder return has exceeded 2000 per cent. “I leave Pandora with a deep sense of gratitude for the many colleagues I have worked with and immense pride in what we have achieved together,” Boyer said.

“I am excited and honoured to take on the role as CFO of Pandora. As the world’s largest jewellery brand, the company represents an attractive and unique business model with industry-leading margins and very high cash generation,” says Garcia.
